For any of you that know me, you know that I despise administrative work more than anything in this world. We’ve been in Ecuador for almost 5 weeks and we finally have something to show for our work here. Today we met our first surgical candidate for Project HMB.
Nancy is a 25-year-old mother of 3 beautiful children. Last year, she was badly burned by thermal blankets when her body temperature dropped dangerously low after her C-Section. She has not been able to walk properly since this incident. Unfortunately, Nancy and her husband cannot afford to pay for reconstructive surgery to fix her leg.
MMRC is in Ecuador finding people just like Nancy that need our help. With your donations we can change the lives of so many people just like Nancy. Please, donate today at www.mmrcglobal.org
